Because of the holiday week, I figured we might need a little incentive to help get started again.


Here is your chance to win some money! In order to qualify for the challenge, you MUST report this week's score to me by tonight (Monday)! The person with the highest Percentage of weight loss for this week's weigh in, July 8th - July 15th (not the overall leader), will win $25! In other words,  for the weigh on July 15th, if you're the weekly winner, you get your money back! So it's on for the week!

Today's The Day!

Today is your first weigh in! Don't forget to get your starting weight today and record it on your spreadsheet. Be consistent with what you wear and the time of day you weigh. Watch for an email next Monday, June 24th with information on reporting scores to me.
