This Is It!

This is the last week! Yay! Great job for hanging in there. I hope that this was a fun experience for you and that you were really able to make a difference in how you feel. 

As this is the last weigh in and there is a lot of money at stake, please remember to stay consistent with your weigh ins (i.e. time of day). We want to be as honest as possible. If you have any questions, please let me know.
