Today is your first weigh in!
Don't forget to get your starting weight today and record it on your
spreadsheet. Be consistent with what you wear and the time of day you
weigh. Watch for an email next Monday, June 24th with information on
reporting scores to me.
I have also added some tabs to
the blog ("The Rules", "Fun Challenges", "Top Losers of the Week", and
"Recipes"). Feel free to check them out! Also, if you have any recipes
or anything else you'd like to add, leave a comment! I am going to be
adding more links to my favorites recipe websites on the right of the
page as well.
